A map from the San Francisco Chronicle defines Russian Hill and Nob Hill as within Van Ness Ave, Taylor St., Bay St., and Pine St., and the dividing line between the hills themselves is between Broadway and Pacific. So, I’m working under that assumption. But I may venture a bit beyond in any direction, since admittedly, we’ve all been known to leave the ‘hood from time to time.
