You may have heard that the Heritage Marina Hotel (Van Ness and Filbert) was ranked the filthiest hotel in the US last week by TripAdvisor — cockroaches and hookers among some of the charges. So on Thursday night after a couple drinks, a girl friend of mine and her guy friend decided to scope out the recently-crowned hotel’s bar and see what all the fuss was about. They arrived at the lobby and the front desk attendant told them the bar was closed. “But wait,” he said, “would you like a room?” No, they were locals, they would be heading home. “Are you sure? We rent by the hour.” Class-E! Just another reason why prostitution is festering up here.

Hawt! I’ll have to remember that the next time I’m out picking up bridge and tunnel cumdumpsters in the Triangle. Nevermind, I’m never heading back to that part of town. Oh well!
